Needed to drive back as the car was not 100% fixed , it was reported from the beggining wheel vibration and it was necessary to do tires aligment .. that was not good quality control at all

My car looks brand new!!! The accident was devastating at first and the damages were just horrific. I could not imagine the work that has been done of course a lot of interior work I couldn’t see, but what I was able to see when I picked up my car was truly amazing. It’s like nothing ever happened. I was updated at each stage and the Manager Kevin came out to my car and explained what was done page by page, yes my car was that bad to have pages of repair work. If date for car pick up changes, your team should advise customer as soon possible. I shouldn't have had to call to find out late in the day that the car isn't ready after getting text that morning that it would be ready.
