I am very satisfied with my repair and how I was guided through the process. Steve is an expert and made sure my car was repaired the right way. Big plus was the loaner that was provided to me.

Is the service i got from Steve im so happy i went to Kissimmee collision center now a days even from the gas station getting water nothing but bad attitude. Perfected in customer service I didn't have to worry about my repairs I got mobile updates with the ability to check my photos online directly message Amanda the face of the office sent me a video while the repair was being done time to time didn't know the ability was available but she made it happen and Steve directly felt with my insurance that I only called once to my insurance and that was the day of drop off. The best experience I have in customer service very vigilance and precise about my repairs even after they had no room they still make time to fit me in and the repairs was done within a day after being estimated for a five-day repair. Configuring out with parts being ordered and just putting in my car this is the best service I have had in a very very long time thank you Amanda and Steve. I saved money by not using a rental all because they planned this out.

When a customer comes and pays for a service, a proper business completes the service as agreed upon. Installing an A/C and allowing the customer to leave without checking that it is working properly is very shady. Not to worry, I had another company take care of the mess Kissimmee Collision left me with. I will not be returning nor recommending anyone to do business with your company.
