We particularly liked: the cleanliness of the property and facility; the friendliness of the staff; the prompt attention upon our arrival; the well functioning system in place to assist customers who unexpectedly need to leave their vehicle; appropriate updating of the customer about the status of the repair process; and the quality of workmanship appears to be very good 3 days after the return of the vehicle. We are very pleased with the van's appearance and the turn around time for the repairs. We would be happy to recommend their services if we run into someone looking for a repair shop.
