Staff was courteous, kept me well informed of progress. Very professional, I had work done at this facility about 7 or 8 years ago, I was glad that this facility was on the list for farmers insurance, that is the insurance company of the young man that hit me. The only thing I have a problem with is the original estimated date my car was to be completed was 11/30 and that got pushed to a week later to which that went over the 750 my insurance company was paying for the rental car and I had to pay an additional 125 out of my own pocket and for some reason my passenger front seat was covered in dust.
