U am satisfied with the completed work. I am unsatisfied with the dates for work to be completed not being accurate. I was told that work would have been completed on July 18, 2018, then July 27 20 iui. After making an unannounced pip-up visit on July 27th, 2018, I was disappointed to see that only the bumper had been removed. This contradicted what **** had told me and the numerous text messages that ensured me that my car was "58% complete", "almost complete", etc. My car was with Service King f ou r MORE THAN A MONTH. Prior to deciding to bring it there, I was assured that work would begin "as-soon-as the parts were in and they would be iui n on the same day as or following day after they had been ordered.
