We were quoted a price of 1600 for repairs initially. Vehicle was left at Service King for a full day so a thorough inspection / estimate could be done. **** week into the repair we are hit with additional costs and we get a total bill of 2550. Not happy at all with this and will discontinue our repairs at the Mokena Service King. Damage to the vehicle did not warrant such a high cost in repairs. We expressed our discontent over the phone with a service king rep there and nothing was done to lower our costs. This is the 2nd vehicle in a row that this happens where repairs take 3 weeks or more and additional costs are added. We cannot continue with this type of service. Regards, WorldPac Burr Ridge IL.
