I came in a week before my repair was done. The shop had plenty of notice to order the part. I recieved the excuse it was the wrong part delivered. I had to get a loaner vehicle because of the delay. Just tell customers the truth

The rear bumper was fixed and the screws that belong in the back wheel wells were not placed back where they are supposed to be. So now I have to return to service king with my car. This is a big inconvenience because I have to adjust my schedule and plans for this weekend to take care of this issue.
