Also, found water inside car back hatch must be leaking.
Need to pour water on the outside area to double check.

The dismisive comments pertaining to missing the estimated repair time by almost 100%, nearly double is unprofessional and shows a lack of concern for the customer. The assumption that it didn't matter because the insurance was covering the cost of the rental, which was inaccurate, further supports my belief that my car repair was unnecessarily delayed because it was an insurance job and my feedback to Geico will be in line with this as my rental was 15 days instead of the estimated 8, adjusted to 10, and ultimately 15 spanning a weekend due to inspection and washing. If the work was done on or nearly on time, as i suspect based upon communications with the front desk, then the extra days were unaccaptable and resulted in an additional and unnecessary expense for me.
