I was totally impressed. Everything about my claim was handled very professionally from start to finish. Dawn greeted me when I arrived for an estimate and we had a nice chat. Brian spelled out everything that needed to be done on my car based on his visual inspection. Nelson called me a week earlier than I expected to tell me the repair work was done. Talk about a nice surprise and the car looked like a gem when I picked it up! The Enterprise team, Steve and Samantha did a fine job handling my rental.
