Everything was great in repairing my vehicle, which is now in good shape, and on time as scheduled, and Jon was a terrific, courteous and effective help as service associate, but one minor glitch came up at the end--my car was delivered with all tires underinflated, so I to go out and put air in them. Otherwise, just fine.

There was only one problem. The body work looked good, but I thought that a little more care could have been taken with the inside of the vehicle--there was dust/powder shoe prints on both mats on both driver and passenger sides (presumably from sanding cars) and on from worker's hands on the glove compartment and the same of the door panel on passenger side. As you know, the car is brand new, so I thought that some paper mat or cover (or care) could have been used. It is analogous to hiring a plumber to fix the shower, and then finding mud or other filth in what had been a clean basin or bathtub. It's not the biggest of deals (I assume it will clean up), but you asked, and I was surprised to see it like that.
