Also can I add- they washed and vacuumed my car. It was truly the icing on the cake for me.

The repair looks great. The problem I have is that the time it took and my end date changing 5 times. Also I noticed when I got my truck back there is a red scuff mark in the passenger side the size of a quarter. Like something rubbed against it. Other than. Those two things the work looks fantastic.

I was happy with how quickly and how often I heard from Fix. I was updated frequently about progress and/or delays.
I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my vehicle was when I got it back. I didn't think anyone did that anymore. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the front office. It seemed that the office was well organized.
I noticed that I did not have to wait at all for service each time I went to the shop. That was a nice bonus.
