The process of being informed about my vehicle was good from start to finish, however the work is not. It’s mediocre and when I received my car I had to send it back because it was still out of alignment. The service runner at the time who I believe is the director or manager tried to tel me at first that’s how it’s supposed to be until I pushed back. He took it back to get tighten more and it did look a little better but my thought is if you knew a better job could be done then why bring it out less than great. I don’t believe I received a new bumper just a fixed version of what I had before. Overall, the job was not great.

My car has a metallic silver paint job that makes it very difficult to hide (blend) any spot-repair. You guys did an awesome job, I can't tell where any repair work has been done!
