The car looks absolutely amazing! Not that I didn’t expect it to look great but it’s perfect! I was also very impressed with the text communications with updates as to the car’s progress. From the day I went there to speak with someone about repairing my car, I was also so impressed with the professionalism of all the staff! They made a stressful situation bearable!!

Well I am 38 and I was in my first real accident recently. When I got to Coles I thought I was just doing the insurance estimate. But they were able to get me in, got me a rental and I was on my way back to work within 45 minutes. The text alerts and updates were great. My car equinox was done **** day ahead of schedule. And all in had to do was pay my deductible and they took the keys back for the rental and even mailed my insurance form back for me to State farm verifying that I had the work done. If I ever get into another accident, and I hope I never do, I am definitely going to Coles. My equinox looked brand new. All fixed and washed and cleaned from inside and out. Awesome experience.

Upon receiving my truck after repairs I noticed that one the truck was detailed/buffed out and two a small spot where the paint was gone had been taken care of. Its these little things that customers don't expect but appreciate.
