Two Guys Auto Body is the model of great customer service. I have gotten my car repaired here before and it was amazing work. They even remembered me and my car was repaired 4 months ago. Simply amazing!

After receiving multiple messages about the progress on the car repair, I received nothing on the day it was supposed to be done. Then I discovered you closed at noon on Sat. This left me in limbo for the rest of the weekend - was my car ready or not? Did I miss it because I missed your closing? When I came in on Monday, I was told the car was not ready yet. But your Friday message was that I would be called if there was a delay! Your service rep did apologize but this caused me to have to worry needlessly and I had to change my plans for Sunday since I did not have my car back.

When I dropped off my car it was completely clean with the exception of the scratches that was being repaired. When I came to pick it up I expected it to look better than when I dropped it off. The repair was done but the car was dirty, I also had to point out that the rear fender needed to be polished because it had dull spots. In addition the passenger side touch to open door handle is not working and I need to return it for correction. I received a text that my car was ready for picku up but no one bothered to inspect my car before delivery. Very Disappointed and annoyed that I must now be inconvenienced more to have my handle fixed!! Is it not a practice to detail vehicles or at least make the customer think that their car was cared for properly while in your shop!!
