My only suggestion is to straighten out the customer email updates as I felt like I was getting conflicting information a couple times. For example, I received an email telling me my car would be ready on Thursday. Then shortly thereafter I received a call that I could pick it up.

Carubba's made everything so easy! I was so nervous, as this was the first time I have ever gotten a car repaired. Everything was done quickly and explained with great clarity.
