The drop off was great...oscar was nice and explained everything. The pick up was a whole different story...didn't get the guy who helped me, but he was a bit "blah" and rude. Definitely not the same service that I got from oscar.

My car wasn’t ready when promised by. I get that sometimes parts are hard to order but I’ve never received a call from Diamond about a delay. When I called Diamond two weeks after promised time, I was told the car would be ready at the end of the day for 5 days including the weekend. The only reason why this upsets me is because I borrowed a rental for over a month and I returned the car on the day it was promised and it still was not ready. I ended up paying another $600 for a rental because the car was not done when promised. My girlfriend called multiple times and spoke with several staff members and they were very rude and snobby. I have a reason to be mad is because my car wasn’t ready and I was very frustrated and told different answers everyday and that my car “might” be done at the end of the day. I hope this gets taken into consideration because the satisfaction that I got from this place was not a good one!

Out standing job on car repair. Not happy that someone thought it was ok to steal less than $20 of loose change from my ash tray. A good experience ruined.
