There are several reasons why I wasn't satisfied with the repair experience. First, the wait time for the part to be delivered. I wouldn't have minded waiting, but I was driving my vehicle with a cracked windshield. I ended up calling after waiting over three weeks. I found out the part was in, but nobody took the time to let me know. Then, I went to the wrong BMW because I wasn't informed that I needed to drop my car off at the Auto Body Center and NOT the Service Center. And finally, the day of the repair I ended up having to call several times to see if the car was ready to be picked up. I made the first call at noon and I was told it would be ready in an hour. I waited and waited to hear back. At three I made the second call and I was informed I could pick up my car. I wonder how much longer I would have waited if I hadn't reached out and made that second call?

Was told the repair would likely take 2 weeks, but it took only 3 days! They made getting a rental car and returning the rental car super easy, and the car was sparkly-clean upon return. THANK YOU!

The car looked great. The main concern I had was the car's tire pressure was low when we picked it up. The car was at the body shop for about three months due to supply chain issues so the tire pressure dropped over that time and we were surprised to see the warning light when we picked it up since it was not on when we dropped it off.

Communication was not great. I was told car needed to be transported from Naperville to Schaumburg, but it was specified that it would be driven up there. I was under the impression it would be truck mounted or something like that. There was no compensation for the gas used and the inside was left with smudge marks on the dash which I am particular about. Also, there was a lack of communication that the car arrived and when it would be ready. It took much longer than expected overall. I was told that I would be called when it arrived and was ready in Naperville. I had to call and find out. Also I had to call to get status during the repair overall. Regarding the repair, it looks good. I do see additional fine scratches at the door handles and the my items in the trunk were left in disarray, so maybe some care of personal items overall.

Your business is my favorite and most trusted to bring my vehicle to. As always, every individual person I dealt with was great to work with. My vehicle’s time spent with collision repair this time was unacceptable however. I dropped it off on November 15th and I received a call on December 8th it was finally ready. I really would like to know why it took nearly an entire month. I truly trust your service however this time it was a terrible experience to go without my vehicle for almost a month. When I received the appraisal in October the timeline that was set was a full week’s worth of time. I didn’t really ever get an explanation as the weeks went on, and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I want to continue to come back, I don’t think I would immediately however after this.
