when we picked up truck, it was offered that swish marks noted to be on truck would be duffed out. when this was taken back to be completed, only **** side done before "owner " came out & stopped technician. took less than 10 minutes but it made a difference. but customer services was not his priority.

When I was trying to figure out which body shop to take my truck to, my insurance company, Auto Owners recommended Auto Body USA. The office staff was friendly and the waiting area was comfortable. Jim Pohl was the individual that handled everything for me. From meeting with him to let him look over the damage, to sending me updates as each part of the process was completed.
