The repair itself was good, but customer service was lacking as the repair was delayed for 3 days and I had to call in the morning each day to ask for status update because I wasn’t given any updates despite being assured that she will call in the afternoon. Finally on the day itself, I had to wait an additional 45 min after I arrived despite being assured earlier that the car will be ready to go at the time I arrived. I understand that backlogs and delay happen, but I would appreciate timely updates and upfront honesty about timing instead of assurances which set up expectations that never got met.

I knew that River Oaks Paint & Body was competent from previous service on my cars but this experience was out of this world perfect. Professional, courteous, exact, are terms I would use for the staff, Yaneli in particular. But all of the crew treated me as their private customer. The texts I received on the car’s progress is a business model I am going to recommend to Porsche and Aston Martin. I never had to call about my car; I was kept informed. Thank you!!!
