The 2% fee on credit card payment was not told to me before hand, or I could have brought a check.
There was not flexibility as to time of pick up. 3:30 or 5:00 would have worked better for me.
It was hard to back out my car from where the I attendant parked it out front.
I appreciated the email updates on time of completion.
Otherwise, the repair job was excellent.
