Although the job appears to be done nicely. It took way longer than what was scheduled. I understand that the part need came in broken 2 times, but it still created an inconvenience to me, causing me to change plans. My contact person was very pleasant and apologetic. When I found grease on my car seat after I was given the van, he took it back and immediately got it cleaned.
