There is no reason to do tact me. I took my car in and it was scratched while it was there. Because I didn't report it right away, in spite of the picture that was taken when I brought my car in Darcar said they won't repair it. I also called the Darcar headquarters and the nice lady said she would look into it but never called me back. I will file a complaint with the Attorney General Office of Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau. I will also tell my story on Yelp ratings, Google eating and any other social network I can because it's not right and I can believe Darcar took such a hard stand on a two inch scratch. That tells me they really don't care about customer satisfaction.

This was my 2nd time having my car repaired by Darcars and I am very satisfied with the work. Mr. McLaughlin has been extremely nice and very professional. The process was seemless and much appreciated. Having your vehicle damaged is stressful but knowing you're getting a quality repair takes away some of the stress.

After I drove back to home, I found a little spot covers by some sticky stuff like leftover from some dust tape or something. After I cleaned it with my figure, a small scratch showed up. Well, it is tiny but I will send it back Monday and see.

Please contact me. Overall my experience was good, but I discovered that part of the repair to the rear bumper was incomplete. I have pics that I can upload. I also realized when driving home that my front end is not aligned and my steering wheel is shimmying. I had a front end alignment in early August so there was no other issue prior to the accident. I have the receipt that also can be uploaded.
