There was confusion with my paperwork when I arrived. The geico adjuster failed to leave an "appearance" adjustment check. I had to sit and wait while the cashier called geico to rectify. This is more of a geico issue; however the cashier also should have checked over the paperwork before calling me to p/u my car.
