I am reserving my opinion until the chip guard material has time to "settle". I was informed that due to the cold weather the product has not has sufficient opportunity to adhere to my vehicle completely. Jason said for me to give it a week and let him know if the product adheres completely, and if at the end of the week the work did not meet expectations to contact him and he will make it right. The rest of my service exceeded my expectations. The ding was repaired, the service representatives were amazing and kept me updated regularly. When I picked up my car is was meticulously clean inside and out.

your receptionist Christina and Mike Gutierrez gave excellent customer service. christina was always helpful and you can actually hear her smile through the phone. Mike always returned my calls and was very professional.
