It was a very unpleasant surprise for me to find out about the disconnected front light when I came back home. You've disconnected the light and haven't connected it back. Very sloppy. Check your work before the delivery!

I received a text message this morning saying that my car would be ready next Wed on 4/18. I got a call this afternoon when I was already in Fremont to say that my car was ready for pick up and it had actually been done yesterday. If I had received an accurate text in the morning to say that it was ready, I would have been able to pick it up before crossing the bridge and having to pay the toll for a second time today. You need to improve and insure that you send accurate text messages.
