The work was completed on the same day I brought the car in. They did an excellent job with the body work and matching the paint. I will highly recommend to all my friends.

I feel like it was rushed and the paint i was told was clear coat but charged as paint price. Im not even sure if they even did anything on the wheel that costed over 120 to "fix", meaning nothing needed to fix since it was rubbed with other car and not a pot hole.
I trusted geico to represent me. But i am disappointed. Felt like I'm on my own.

I waited **** ****/2 hr to pick up my car when I was told the car was ready the day before. It would have been better if the front desk person was honest with me. I was not told to bring cash since they don't accept credit cards. I am told when I arrived.There was still a broken part that didn't get fixed. I am told the day of the pick up after I returned my rental car. Customer service needs to improve.
