At the initial appraisal, I was quoted an aggressive timeline of 3 business days. Once the relevant parts were disassembled for internal examination, more damage was identified. A part was required that took unexpectedly long to arrive. And the car spent more than one day at the dealership for testing.
Ultimately the Repair took 7 business days. This was frustrating but the Roche collision team did an excellent job communicating the evolving issues.
