I took my car to Dimmitt for accident repairs on ****/9/2017. I got my car back on 3/14/2017. It took so long because GM would not make the parts until they met the needs of the assembly line. During this time Glenn Mastro went above and beyond what would be expected. He did everything within his authority to accommodate us to minimize the difficulty of the situation. He kept us informed of the situation as it evolved and he even detailed our car because he wanted to make things right with us.
