I loved receiving the text messages that kept me updated on the progress. I was even sent pictures. When I got my van back it looked like it was brand new again and very clean inside and out. Thanks Carstar, I am very satisfied.

Although I had made an appointment a week ahead of time, it took about 4 days after dropping my car off for the full estimate to be completed. Total time I had to pay for a rental car was 12 days. A rep from Halls actually called me after I first came by and before I dropped it off for the repair, and she said it was not necessary to bring it by for an estimate since Allstate had already done a preliminary estimate.
Tim was very nice throughout the process, especially when I picked my car up.
