My whole experience from beginning to end was positive! Rob won my trust in doing business with Abra in Puyallup and the rest of the team followed suit. I appreciate Dale's updates and complete explanation of what was repaired to how to take care of my paint/truck in the future...which looks fantastic, by the way! Donna and her team were very thorough and donna kept me apprised of any and all update, which was almost daily. My car received great care and the repaint of the car was spot on color wise. This was hard as it is an of white pearlized speckled color. Great job and thanks for all the help with the 2 months of waiting on the insurance company to approve.
