My car was not restored to its normal condition Paint job on vehicle dripped and rims not the original color and cuts still noticeable on the rim. One of my tires has a slit on it that wasn't there before my vehicle was towed there. For the minimum damage that I had I felt that the inconvenience wasn't worth the wait ,time or deductible.Also they charged for detailing my car that wasn't done and paint from them doing another car is on my vehicle.So now I have to take it back for repairs that was already supposed to be done.So right now I'm not a happy customer and I hope that everything will be fixed and compensated for.

South Motors Collision has had my car for 4 days. I have been sent 3 updates: one to tell me I would be getting updates, one saying they were finishing up and one to confirm I had picked up my car WHICH I HAD NOT DONE. the last message was on the 3rd day. I called to say I had NOT picked up the car and asked for the status. I was told it would be ready the next day. No further communications until I called. I am not happy at all with the service I have received regarding almost no communication. Beverly Zanotti

The Adviser assigned to us wouldn't return telephone calls after changing the completion date and then claimed that he called me when the work was completed, which he did not do. I just happened to come to South Collision and discovered the vehicle was done.
