Dean and the body shop crew did an excellent job. I made the right choice in bringing my car to them. The car looks brand new. I am completely satisfied in the wonderful job they did. Please thank them for me!

It was the first time for me to bring my car to a repair shop, so there was some confusion at first. My car was severely damaged, however, they were completely repaired. I liked their communication tool (via email and text) to keep customers informed the status as well. When I asked questions, the rep. always responded me promptly.

The paint match to my existing was spot on! Everything was done perfectly and they called me and asked if I had the tail fin of my car that was damaged so they could take out the brake light and save me 80-100, we actually still had it, so worked out. My car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up, nice extra touch. Would for sure recommend them to friends/family

I understand that working with insurance makes the repair process more complicated and time consuming. However, there are many inefficiencies in your process with having to move the vehicle to 3 different locations to complete the required work. I was not at all satisfied with how long the work took to be completed and to top things off, after nearly 2 months of having my vehicle, the car was returned to me filthy. The least you guys could have done was wash the outside of the car and present it to your customer in a respectful manner.
