Nick Xenos was amazing! He made a stressful and annoying event into a pleasant and positive experience. He even took care of a last-minute scratch on the hood that came out of nowhere. The car looked great when it was done. Nick was very communicative throughout the entire process, and I never had to chase him down to find out what was going on. I would recommend anybody go to the shop and work with Nick specifically. The only awkward part of the process was at enterprise Rent-A-Car where they were a little unaware of what we were doing in the fact that it had already been paid for by AutoNation. So if I had to make one recommendation I would allow the collision center, which has the same management and ownership as all the dealerships on site and down the street, to pool it's rentals directly from dealership rentals. This way I don't have to have a rental Hyundai Sonata with the car seat stroller and bags, when I'm coming from a Volvo XC 70.
