The alignment was not done and the car still pulled very strongly after I picked the car up from having it repaired after my accident.. I took my car else where to purchase new tires and had them do the alignment there..

The repairs were done well and done quickly. The staff was friendly. I did receive conflicting information about when my car would be ready. I received emails that said my car would be ready one day, and I received a phone call that it would be done at a later date.
