DJ was wonderful. He Kept me informed on how my car was doing and when there was conflicting information about the deductible, he took me at my word, contacted Geico and confirmed I was correct that they had told me I didn't have to pay the deductible. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when AutoNation Ford service center sent my car over there w a dead battery. He was great.
