Larry couldn't have been more helpful. He handled this thoroughly from the beginning. Kudos to him.
But the service department at Mercedes (Hunt Valley)AutoNation is dreadful. No one bothers to answer the phone (in two days) and then when you see a real person, he or she has NO clue as to what is going on. How pathetic is this?!

Took 10 days for a 2-3 day repair. Noone ever called me back when they said they would. The Collison center has no voicemail service and just rings when you try to call when noone answers. Surprised I was still charged full price.
