The text message updates sent by the shop thru out the repair process was in my opinion first class customer service. It gave a high comfort level knowing your truck was being attended too. Thank you!

I was told my car would be ready on Wednesday. I called Thursday, Friday and Monday. I left a message for my estimator as well as the manager Jason twice. I never received a call back or got any updates. The lady in the office was very nice but the management staffs lack of communication made me regret picking AutoNation.

When I picked my car up after the work was completed, there were 10 more miles on the car then when I dropped it off for service. I wasn't aware that "joy riding" customer's vehicles was allowed by your company. That is completely unacceptable. I will not be back and I will not give positive reviews unless someone makes this right.

Lee made sure I was informed about every stage of the repair. The receptionist made sure everything was satisfactory upon delivery. She even took the car back to the shop in order to have a minor detail completed. She was very considerate of my having to travel back to Dallas and made sure I was out as soon as possible.
