My only issue is that the procedure took a lot longer than necessary due to the technician not understanding he had to reset the warning lights after the diagnostics were completed. There needs to better communication at the service center. I was treated very well by Charles.

I've trusted the Toyota Collision Center for years through all the different ownerships. Charles Reed was absolutely great in his dealings with us. The woman whose name regretfully I can't remember that takes payment was also wonderful. Previously, we dealt with Jerry Lewis on another repair, and he was great to work with also. These people and others like them are why we always use this collision center. Thanks for the great service.

He quickly responded to my request for a quote (other auto body shops I contacted took a week to respond), explained the proposal of work, updated me every day on progress and provided an accurate timeline. If my car needs work done in the future I am going to bring it to Charles.

Yes, I picked it up but it was not completely repaired! There was an area that was missed. They had to open the claim back up with Farmer’s for the other repair needed so I’ll have to bring it back next week. I had also asked to have it detailed and was going to pay for this additional service out of my pocket. This service wasn’t completed either.
Not exactly convenient for me after it being there for 2 weeks.

Arthur was extremely professional and did all he could to make my service easy for me. He kept me updated on what was going on with my car and I felt like I was very in the loop. The team at the Toyota service center did an awesome job getting my car back on the road and looking awesome. My only complaint was that there was a missing cap on one of my tires and some random tools and hardware left in my car after pick up.
