I was SO impressed with my claims adjuster, Jamilla. She was so personable, responsive and professional! She answered ALL my many questions, LOL, and was very patient. She kept me updated as the repair procedure progressed and cordially greeted me when I came in to pick my car.
My bumper looks absolutely GORGEOUS, by the way. The young lady that took care of my paperwork was excellent also!! The gentleman that took my credit card info was very helpful, assisting me with transferring my belongings from my car to the rental. When I first contacted that my vehicle was ready but there's a bg gap between the bumper and fender so I waited for few hours for them to fix, but they were unable to fix it so they said they will replace the bumper again so it take
another week to repair it , since I already returned my rented
car so I went to all the hassle to have Geico approve another rental car..but after a week it's The same issue as last week the gap between the fender and the bumper is still there where you can see the clip holes...it was never fixed it, So I just took it for me not to waste my time. I am really disappointed in Autonation , the manager is not helpful at all and you lack of quality check before being released to your customer...
