Laura was my fiancé and passed away. I am the administrator of the estate and power of attorney for her daughter whose vehicle you fixed. I spoke to so many people and always left my name and number but still your offices called her at her number. And yet I paid the deductable. Not a big deal really but attention to detail is important. Plus I was not happy that I had to switch rentals the second day because it was sold. This took two hours from my day. Plus I was advised to call USAA to make sure the three extra days you required to fix the truck would not be charged to my credit card. That literally took **** hour on the phone today but it was handled. Again , not a big deal but I should not have had to as the delay was the body shops. Still the truck looks new and your receptionist at the body shop was exceptional... she remembered my name and the vehicle and had everything prepared. Overall 8 out 10
