My experience at AutoNation was wonderful! Fred, the guy helping me out, was one of the kindest and most helpful people I've met. Also the receptionist was a joy to be in the presence of.
My car's specific problem I wasn't even sure if they could help with, and the team at AutoNation went out of their way to let me know everything they could do and all for a fair price.

Front desk and my representative were very friendly, helpful, and did all they could to make an initially awful (accident) experience go as smoothly as possible. This includes talking with me by phone when I was still on the side of the road, waiting for a police report.
