I had originally had the Oveido Auto Nation Collision center work on my vehicle. I picked it up after a week and a half and the van was in the garage and from a quick look it seemed acceptable. The next day my husband and I noticed the color of the bumper was different than the rest of the van and the dent was still visible, and most important the bumper was not sitting flush against the rest of the vehicle. I then went to the Auto Nation in longwood and met manager Gary. What a nice, respectable gentleman. He accessed the vehicle and the work done from Auto Nation in Oveido and agreed with me, it needed to be re worked. He scheduled me in and had enterprise pick me up and had a rental all set. It was a breeze with Gary and his shop. Gary updated me and made sure the vehicle was in great condition when I picked it up! It looks great and was so nice and clean. When we pulled up to pick up my van it was so nice we didnt realize right off it was our van. Even though the experience with Oveido shop didnt go well, the Longwood shop has my buisness from here on out. Thank you Gary and team for getting my van back to Beautiful!

Im overall satisfied with the experience. I received constant emails with updates and customer service was on point but after I picked up my car I found out all my Cds were stolen and when my wife called back, they said they leave everything in the car and don't touch anything! and that they have even deal with lawsuits before because of missing items. They said they were going to call back to update us about it and Im still waiting for that call. They did a great job but I can't trust anyone anymore because how is posible that I left my car in your shop for almost 2 weeks and suddenly I got robbed and theres no action? A problem that has happened before and you don't fix it? ok Anyways, car looks awesome, runs perfect, Thanks
