The entire staff - from the person at the front desk to the gentleman who handled our claim - was first rate. They were polite and delivered what they promised in the time they promised. I couldn't be happier.

My engine light came on after my accident, I had spoke with Louis about this and he stated that the engine light was no longer on and he could not find the problem. As I was driving home after picking up my car the engine light came on again. I had asked Louis if he had driven the car to see if the light would come on and he stated that he would not be driving it. I feel that the proper work was not completed on the car and I will be held responsible for paying for any damages that might have come from the accident.
