Communication with the repair advisor, Aaron, was amazing. From the minute I met him he showed concern and empathy for my situation. Every day, excluding the weekend, I had communication from autonation either via text or phone call. Aaron personally called me every other day with updates.
When I went to pick up my car, I was amazed at how good it looked. They definitely made it look showroom worthy. It is my understanding Billy worked on my car and I would like to thank him for his hard work too. Everyone who had a hand in the repairs did a great job.
Finally, the car was promised to me on October 12th, however it actually was ready and could have been picked up on October 11th.
My experience with Autonation Collision Repair has been excellent! I will definitely recommend you all in the future.
