Micheal **** was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Andrew was also very helpful, kind, patient and awesome as well. Between the two of them, I was treated with the utmost respect and my issues were taken seriously and put at (what I felt was) high importance and priority and together they treated me better than the avenues store (in a whole, not just service dept) has ever treated me in the many times I've been there! I will now, ALWAYS bring my vehicles to THAT autonation, just so I can rest assured that I will be taken care of properly and my vehicle as well. They were prompt and informative and made me feel at ease at all times. I cant express how amazed, and thankfully gracious I am to Mr **** for recognizing me as a human being and not just dollar signs.. and for taking me under his wing, and seeing it all through from start to finish. I like the fact that they finished early but tthe didn't take the time to look at the product once it was done. I was told that they were going to fix some scratches not just paint over them. Now I have to make time for them to fix it properly.
