Tom was awesome to deal with at Service King in Thorndale from the minute my husband and I walked in the door. Tom kept me informed of the progress of the repairs every couple days via text and calls. He got the job done in a timely fashion just like he promised. Although the service consultant, Tom, was very pleasant to deal with and kept me informed about the progress of the repairs, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of parts (mirror) that was replaced on my car. The replacement mirror is not compatible with the “Blind Spot Monitoring System” in my car; because of the inferior replacement mirror the system is rendered useless. Also, I noticed scratches on the driver’s side real quarter panel that weren’t there when I brought the vehicle to Service King.

My daughter had to pay $240 car rental cost per Allstates coverage based on how long the repair took. It took too long whether this was in control of the shop to better manage not sure....led to believe the ****/17 date was very conservative worst case but worst case proved true
