The repair process took way too long - almost 30 days for the repair. Unfortunately not the first time I’ve had a similar accident and it took less than 2 weeks. Beyond how long it took for the repairs the date of completion was pushed back twice. I will be having another shop looking over the work because i have no confidence that the work completed was done correctly.

The repairs are incomplete, the car is not functional. I have shared this with Clay Ridings and he says the car will be picked up tomorrow and they will look at the area they were specifically asked to 4 weeks ago. The service is really inferior and I will be discussing this with State Farm.
