Both GEICO and Signature missed the fact that my sun roof wasn't fixed and not functioning. Additionally, it may be so bad as to not be waterproof any longer. Plus, neither stepped up and took responsibility and pawned me off on the Subaru dealer. Lastly, my interior had grease and dirt marks that weren't there when I dropped it off. My sunroof worked before the accident and either GEICO or Signature better step up and fix it or cover the expenses from the Subaru dealer. I am taking it to the dealer for them to look over to ensure the work the car us even safe. There may be an issue with the headlights too.

Cars should be fixed the right way the first time not 2 -3 times later. It not be the customer saying that's not right and pointing out all the problems. The technician had no clue what they where doing. I need to go back to get the head light afjusted jet. Also after having to **** to get the car repaired correctly I feel that it posted the tech off and now my mirror is scratched. I can not prove that the repair shop did it but I know it was not scratched prior to accident. And I don't think it was scratched up like it is the second time I went to see the car when I was told it was done. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
