This was the first time I had ever had an insurance claim and I could not believe how simple and painless the experience was. Lavery put me in a very nice rental, it was no Camaro but my 11 year old granddaughter wanted to keep it. The process took a long time but I'm sure insurance is at fault. I loved the text message updates, they were fantastic. Louie is wonderful and informative to work with. My car looks wonderful and drives like new. The promise and insurance on their work is reassuring. Getting into an accident is stressful and this particular one was extremely tiring, thank you to Laverys for making their portion a seamless one.
