I have not dealt with insurance in a long time. I was very impressed with how easy Dustys made it for me to get my car repaired. Everything went very smoothly and the communication was very good throughout. My car looked better than it did before the accident. Thank you!

Overall excellent service from all members of the team. One small observation: the young lady at the front desk (not Linda, the other young lady), was asked by a co-worker if she needed any help. As I was waiting to be helped, she pointed at me and said "well, that guy needs help". Not a big deal, but maybe a little more professionalism would help. I'm not used to service providers pointing at me and referring to me as "that guy". The next costumer might take offense.

If you have not started on our van tires please do not. We are very unhappy with the service on our Subaru and would prefer to take our van elsewhere. We will follow up with our complaints Monday because our Subaru is not safe to drive. We need it fixed right away.
